A note from our President, Darren Morris

“I have had the pleasure of working for Alcal and the Pacific Coast Building Products family of companies for most of my career. As an employer, Alcal has a lot to offer. I like to call it the “best of both worlds.” We have the financial strength and resources of a large company, but we also have the personal feel and traditions of a family-owned business. Fred Anderson founded Pacific Coast Building Products based on the core values of respect, integrity, accountability, customer service, safety and innovation. Those values still drive our actions today and are embodied in the words “Good people, making things right.”

We have enjoyed over four decades of success in the specialty contracting business by constantly adapting to the needs of our customers and finding opportunities to expand our product offerings and geographic reach. While I’m proud of our history, I know that our best years are still ahead of us. To reach our full potential, we need more good people who share our values. I encourage you to contact us and find out more about the careers and opportunities at Alcal.”
